I am a 30+ year old single woman who lives in the Chicago area. Time that could've been spent finding a  soul mate, making babies and advancing at a corporate gig was spent trying to make it in the world of stand up comedy and improv.  How did that turn out?  Well...I work as an Admissions Advisor at an online university, I am still single while my peers are falling off the market one by one.  However, I have published 2 poetry chapbooks, I perform at local open mics when I feel like it, and I live life on my own terms.  I guess my life aisn't so bad.
