I'm still at Jason's watching some fine quality podcasts. Jason has lately been into this film director named Joe Swanberg. I just saw his first project, an online soap opera called Young American Bodies. This was shot in the heart of our own Wicker Park. I love how the opening sex scenes are so honest. Two characters are having sex in their swanky Wicker Park slacker pad. Maggie takes off her bra and panties in that awkward way it is done in reality. I hate how these cheesy films make this moment look like poetry in motion. Usually, the parting with the clothes is sloppy and weird. The drunker you are, the more boorish things get. Let's stop making cheap meaningless sex look like Swan Lake. It is not.
I must watch more of this. We'll discuss <a href="http://madmen.amctv.com">Mad Men later.
